Kristian Bauthus was raised in the wilderness of northern Ontario. When he wasn’t learning the ways of the forest creatures he was drawing. This eventually led him to the Ontario College of Art and Design in Toronto, Canada. Kristian still lives in Ontario, but like a nomad, moves often.
